Doula Support
Birth Preparation / Labour Support / Postpartum Care
Pregnancy and childbirth are a sacred and transformative journey, one you will remember for the rest of your life. During this time of great transition, it can be deeply reassuring to have someone experienced walking alongside you. My role as a doula is to offer dedicated, continuous mother-centred support designed to help you feel informed, empowered, and fully in trust of your body’s innate ability to birth your baby.
Bolstered by evidenced based information and tailored to you and your truly unique journey, I offer care that is sensitive, empathetic, and attuned to your needs. I will ensure you to feel fully informed about all of your options, are confident in making decisions you feel cared for, supported and in control of your journey.
By creating a calm, positive atmosphere, I hold space for your concerns and wishes to be heard, validated, and honoured, helping you navigate your journey with confidence. I’ll facilitate clear, respectful communication with care providers to ensure you feel a sense of ownership and empowerment over your care.
Pregnancy and childbirth were experiences I truly treasured, and my hope is that with my support, knowledge, and care, you will too.
I offer a holistic approach to support that nurtures both body and mind. Drawing on complementary practices such as sound healing, meditation, nutrition, and gentle exercise. I combine these with a deep, practical understanding of birth physiology to help you feel grounded, informed, and empowered throughout your journey.
The fourth trimester is a time of profound emotional and physical change—for both you and your baby. As your little one adjusts to life outside the womb and you embrace your new role as a mother, continued support can make all the difference. Whether you need non-judgmental companionship, a helping hand so you can rest, infant feeding guidance, or nourishing meal preparation, I’ll be thereoffering compassionate, tailored care during this magical and tender time.
My birth doula packages are tailored to you and your specific needs, however to give you an idea of what might be included, please see below.
