Our bodies remember everything 𖦹 and sound gives us a way to listen, release, and return.

As part of my offerings, I hold space for sound healing as a deeply supportive practice during: Pregnancy, Birth preparation, Postpartum integration, and Nervous system regulation.

Sessions are available 1:1 or woven into your doula care.

Using instruments like Crystal Tones Alchemy singing bowls, gongs, chimes, voice, and drum, sound invites the body to soften, the mind to quiet, and the heart to open. It’s a return to rhythm - to self -to the ancient wisdom within.

Whether you’re seeking grounding during pregnancy, energetic clearing before birth, or softness in the postpartum cocoon, this work meets you where you are.

If you’ve never experienced sound healing before, please know all that you need is an open heart and a willingness to receive.

Sound has long been used across cultures as a tool for healing, regulation, and connection - not just spiritually, but physiologically. In the context of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, sound therapy offers more than relaxation; it creates tangible shifts in the autonomic nervous system, encouraging the body to move from states of stress or vigilance into parasympathetic rest and repair.

Through instruments used, sound frequencies act as a form of vibrational medicine, working through:

𖦹Resonance: Soundwaves interact with the body’s tissues and fluids, supporting circulation and energetic flow.

𖦹Brainwave entrainment: Steady rhythms help the brain shift into slower wave states (like theta or alpha), promoting deep relaxation and emotional release.

𖦹Toning + vocalisation: Guided vocal sound (humming, toning, etc.) supports vagal tone and can be especially useful for labour preparation.

kind words

“.. absolutely glorious, so so beautiful. I felt like i’d transcended somewhere which felt so welcome after the isolation we’ve all experienced lately. Amazing to feel that in the space of a few short minutes.”

“Have been feeling pretty unbalanced this last two weeks and your recording had such a profound and instant effect”

“What bliss.  The gift you have has no words.  How incredibly kind of you to share this with me.  It came right through my crown and enveloped me with such trust and grace.  Your light language was utterly beautiful and I saw.  I want to listen to it over and over”
