A Gathering to Pause, Reflect & Rebalance - a charity event
As the light and dark meet in perfect balance, we’re invited to do the same within ourselves. The Autumn Equinox is a sacred threshold- a moment of stillness between seasons, a time to honour both letting go and gathering in.
Join me for an evening of deep rest, gentle ritual, and soulful connection.
We’ll begin with ceremonial cacao- a heart-opening plant medicine that invites us into presence. You’ll be guided into a grounding space of reflection, followed by a healing sound bath using gongs, crystal bowls, chimes, and voice to support release, integration, and inner alignment.
We’ll close in circle, sharing whatever wishes to be witnessed- or simply resting in quiet connection with others.
This is a space to soften. To come home to yourself. To honour the turning of the wheel.
